Ali MacGraw

Ali was educated at Wellesley College, where she took art history classes. After graduating, she worked in fashion magazines. In her pursuit of fashion photography, she led her to become the top model in the world, a profession she carried on till 1968. In that year, she made a late start in what was to be only a few films in part due to her wedding to Steve McQueen. In spite of this, she produced several films which proved to be a huge success. Today, the ex-star is living surprisingly humble living in New Mexico. The unexpected success of Love Story (70), her first film with a starring role. It's hard to imagine the satisfaction of being loved by people around the globe, and being greeted by people who comment on your hair every time you walk down the street.
