Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez, born September 9, 1965 is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for her role in the film Selena as Angie Lopez in George Lopez (2002-2007) as well as Marcela Quintanilla (mother of Selena) in the movie Selena (1997). She was Regina Vasquez's character from the ABC Family/Freeform drama Switched at Birth (2011-17). She currently plays Camila Diaz in the drama series on Amazon Prime Video Undone (2019). Marie started her acting career in her teens. Salsa 1988, was her debut film. Other credits on television and film include Early Edition and Dirty Dancing, Selena and Spin City and Ally McBeal. Marie was selected to play the role Angie Lopez on the ABC comedy series George Lopez. Marie appeared alongside Jacqueline Obradors, Hector Elizondo and Elizabeth Pena in the 2001 comedy-drama Tortilla Soup. Marie also appeared on the PBS drama American Family. Her own clothing line, "The Constance Marie collection", was launched in the month of October. 2] She was the subject of an advertisement from PETA encouraging people to spay/neuter pets. 3 Marie was the legal mother and birth mother of one of her daughters Regina Vasquez.
